Bilibili Subtitle Downloader: Status and Options
The tool box is disabled because the subtitles endpoint is not switched on in this deployment; this page explains what Bilibili captions actually are.

対応状況
プロバイダーの字幕エンドポイントが必要ですが、この環境では有効にしていません。
Subtitle support is not enabled on this page. The configured provider documents a subtitles endpoint, but enabling it carries a cost model this deployment has not confirmed, so the tool box stays disabled and says so instead of failing on every attempt.
Bilibili captions come from two different places. Creators can attach subtitle files to a video, and the platform also generates AI captions for signed-in viewers. The second kind belongs to your account and is not something an external service can retrieve.
使い方
- ステップ 1
Paste the video link
Once the endpoint is enabled, a BV, av or b23.tv link will be accepted and used only to look up the caption tracks attached to that particular video.
- ステップ 2
Read the track list
The page will list every caption track the provider reports, with its language and whether it is creator-uploaded or platform-generated, so you can choose instead of guessing.
- ステップ 3
Export the text you chose
The selected track will be offered as plain text or as a subtitle file. Until the endpoint is enabled, no track can be listed and the form stays disabled.
このツールが実際に行うこと
A disabled state, not a fake
The page does not simulate a working tool. The form is disabled, the reason is written beside it, and the page stays out of search results until the endpoint is genuinely available.
Track listing when it lands
Once enabled, the tool will list every caption track the provider returns, along with its language and origin, rather than silently exporting one track and not telling you which it picked.
Creator and AI captions differ
Uploader subtitles belong to the video and are public. AI captions depend on Bilibili's own signed-in session, so this tool will never claim to reach them.
制限と適切な利用
- The subtitles endpoint is not enabled in this deployment, so no caption track can be listed or exported today.
- AI-generated Bilibili captions need a signed-in session on the platform and are not exposed to an outside service.
- Export only captions you are entitled to use; a subtitle file is part of the creator's work and may be protected.

The international Bilibili service is its own catalogue with its own regional licensing, and this page resolves bilibili.tv links and nothing else.

This tool is not available yet: the provider documents a subtitles endpoint, but this deployment has not enabled it because the cost model is unconfirmed.

Bilibili and Weibo are handled by the same parser as everything else. WeChat Channels, WeChat articles and Doubao are not supported by the configured provider, and those pages explain why instead of showing a dead button.
