Bilibili Subtitle Downloader: Status and Options

The tool box is disabled because the subtitles endpoint is not switched on in this deployment; this page explains what Bilibili captions actually are.

This tool is not enabled on this deployment
The parsing provider configured here has no extraction path for this platform, so the tool box is switched off instead of failing on every link you paste.

Support status

This needs the provider's subtitles endpoint, which this deployment has not enabled.

Subtitle support is not enabled on this page. The configured provider documents a subtitles endpoint, but enabling it carries a cost model this deployment has not confirmed, so the tool box stays disabled and says so instead of failing on every attempt.

Bilibili captions come from two different places. Creators can attach subtitle files to a video, and the platform also generates AI captions for signed-in viewers. The second kind belongs to your account and is not something an external service can retrieve.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Paste the video link

Once the endpoint is enabled, a BV, av or b23.tv link will be accepted and used only to look up the caption tracks attached to that particular video.

  2. Step 2

    Read the track list

The page will list every caption track the provider reports, with its language and whether it is creator-uploaded or platform-generated, so you can choose instead of guessing.

  3. Step 3

    Export the text you chose

The selected track will be offered as plain text or as a subtitle file. Until the endpoint is enabled, no track can be listed and the form stays disabled.

What this tool actually does

A disabled state, not a fake

The page does not simulate a working tool. The form is disabled, the reason is written beside it, and the page stays out of search results until the endpoint is genuinely available.

Track listing when it lands

Once enabled, the tool will list every caption track the provider returns, along with its language and origin, rather than silently exporting one track and not telling you which it picked.

Creator and AI captions differ

Uploader subtitles belong to the video and are public. AI captions depend on Bilibili's own signed-in session, so this tool will never claim to reach them.

Limits and responsible use

  • The subtitles endpoint is not enabled in this deployment, so no caption track can be listed or exported today.
  • AI-generated Bilibili captions need a signed-in session on the platform and are not exposed to an outside service.
  • Export only captions you are entitled to use; a subtitle file is part of the creator's work and may be protected.

Bilibili Subtitle Downloader questions

Why is the subtitle tool disabled?
Because the provider documents a subtitles endpoint that this deployment has not enabled; the cost model behind it has not been confirmed. Rather than show a button that fails, the page explains the situation and keeps the tool off until the endpoint is really available.
Where do Bilibili subtitles come from?
Two sources. Uploaders can attach subtitle files to a video, and those are public, while Bilibili also generates AI captions that are tied to a signed-in viewer. Track listing will cover the first kind and say plainly when the second is out of reach.
Will I be able to export caption text?
That is the plan for this page once the endpoint is enabled: the selected track as plain text or as a subtitle file, with its language named. Nothing can be exported today because no track can be retrieved.
